Eligibility

Eligibility criteria based on industry standards for Six Sigma Black Belt programs.

  • Previous Certification: Typically, candidates are required to hold a Six Sigma Green Belt certification as a prerequisite for enrolling in a Six Sigma Black Belt program. This is because the Black Belt program builds upon the concepts learned at the Green Belt level.Senior Management
  • Work Experience: Many organizations and institutions prefer candidates with relevant work experience, often ranging from 2 to 5 years, in roles related to process improvement or quality management.
  • Project Experience: Some programs may require candidates to have successfully completed one or more Six Sigma projects as part of their Green Belt certification.
